Raymond Lindsey, 38, of Hayti, will be back in a Pemiscot County Courtroom on Thursday, October 11, for a case review before Judge William Carter.
Monday, October 1, Lindsey waived his formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty to charges of possession of child pornography.
Lindsey was arrested Thursday, September 27.
Lindsey is in the Pemiscot County Jail on a $250,000 cash only bond.
