Free class on Controlling Diabetes

At Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center, our diabetes education classes are fun and FREE, offering you an opportunity to learn how to live with diabetes from a certified diabetes educator. Topics include:

• Basic information on the types of diabetes and associated risks
• Updates on the basics of insulin
• Nutritional tips on how to eat healthy
• Treatments and medications
• Diabetes prevention and pre-diabetes symptoms

Classes will be held on May 9, and June 13th. Speaker: Dodson Cravens, PharmD, CDE
Tuesday of each month from 9:00 am to noon. The classes are held in the second floor hospital classroom at Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center 1301 First Street, Kennett, MO
