The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle accident in Dunklin County on Route P, four miles west of Senath. The crash occurred at 6:50pm on Sunday evening as a 2000 GMC Sierra, driven by a 31 year old male from Senath, ran off the roadway and overturned. The driver was air lifted to Regional One in Memphis, TN., with serious injuries.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle accident in Butler County on County Road 442, one mile west of Poplar Bluff. The crash occurred on Monday morning at 8:35am as a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 40 year old male from Poplar Bluff, crossed into the path of a 2019 Nissan Kick and struck it head on. The Nissan Kick was driven by a 24 year old female from Poplar Bluff, who sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
