The MSHP reports a one vehicle crash in Pemiscot County. The crash happened on Wednesday evening around 5:30 on highway D, three miles south of Caruthersville. The crash occurred as a 2011 Ford F250, driven by a 55 year old male from Ridgely, TN., was headed southbound when it ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned. Both the driver and a 44 year old male occupant from Caruthersville suffered serious injuries and were airlifted to Region One in Memphis.
The MSHP reports a fatal crash in Stoddard County. The crash occurred yesterday morning at 2:05am on MO-5a, three miles south of Puxico. The crash happened as a 2011 Ford Edge driven by a 44 year old female from Fairdealing, was northbound and traveled off the left side of the roadway then struck an embankment. The driver was pronounced at the scene by Stoddard County Coroner Brent Stidham at 2:43am. This is fatality #38 for Troop E in 2025.
