MSHP Works Multiple Crashes In Troop E

The MSHP worked multiple crashes in troop E over the past few days.

On August 5th, around 4:00pm, the MSHP worked a single vehicle crash on County Road 414, about 10 miles north of Kennett in Dunklin County. The crash occurred as a 2010 Kawasaki UTV, being operated by a 59 year old man from Kennett, struck a house. The man was not wearing a safety device and suffered serious injuries. He was airlifted by Survival Flight to St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro.

On August 5th, around 7:45pm, the MSHP responded to a two vehicle crash in Ripley County, on MO 142, 8 miles west of Doniphan. A 2002 Chevy Tracker being operated by a 18 year old man from Doniphan, ran off the roadway, struck a sign and overturned, resulting in property damage to a school bus stop ahead sign. A 19 year old male occupant suffered serious injuries and was flown by Air Ambulance to St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was wearing a safety device.

On August 6th, around 12:10pm, the MSHP worked a single vehicle crash in Butler County on US 60, 7 miles east of Poplar Bluff. The crash occurred as a 2025 Ford Explored being operated by a 69 year old female from Poplar Bluff, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck the ditch. The driver suffered serious injuries and was transported by Air Evac to Region One Medical Center in Memphis.
