Two people from Portageville were hurt, one seriously, yesterday morning when their UTV ran off a CR in New Madrid County and overturned. According to the MSHP, a 15 year old boy received minor injuries and 60 year old Sherry Jordan was seriously hurt. She was taken by Air Evac to a Memphis hospital.
The accident happened on CR 420 south of Marston about 9:30 a.m.
Two Corning residents were seriously hurt Wednesday afternoon when their vehicle ran off US 67 in Neelyville and struck a house. Troop E reports 58 year old James Foster, and 64 year old Jill Foster were taken to hospitals in Poplar Bluff and Jonesboro.
The accident happened at 1:20 p.m.
