A Portageville teenager was seriously hurt just after midnight Sunday when the car she was driving ran off the road on a curve, struck an embankment, and overturned. The MSHP reports the 16 year old girl was taken to the hospital in Sikeston.
The accident happened on Route KK just east of Portageville.
