The Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo has become more than just a local or even regional event. According to Jaycees spokesman Clay Driskill, the rodeo has gone national since the pandemic. During the week, there’s more than just cowboys, cowgirls, and entertainment – there’s a focus on giving back to the community.
The rodeo runs August 10-13.
