With the spring weather season comes the threat of severe weather. Are you interested in being a storm spotter? Your opportunity is coming up on Tuesday, March 3rd, 6:00-8:00pm at the Caruthersville Public Library. This storm spotter class is completely free and will be one and half to two hours long. The class is open to anyone.
