Rolling Domestic Dispute Crosses State Lines

A rolling domestic dispute began in Donpihan, Missouri but ended in Clay County, Arkansas with one man in custody.

Around 2:15pm on Tuesday, February 10th, the sheriff’s office received a call from the Doniphan Police Department concerning a “rolling domestic” situation in progress involving two vehicles on Highway 211.

According to Clay County Sheriff Ronnie Cole, one vehicle was transporting a mother and two children while a second vehicle was trying to run them off the road. The driver of the second vehicle was identified as 28 year old Devin Dwayne Browning of Doniphan. A short time later, deputies stopped Browning’s vehicle on County Road 178 and placed him under arrest.

Browning was arrested on one count of felony aggravated assault and two counts of first degree child endangerment, felonies as well.  Browning is also being charged with a misdemeanor traffic violation in addition to the felony charges.
