The MSHP responded to a serious accident in Butler County that resulted in a fatality.
The accident occurred on Thursday morning around 6:20 on Missouri Highway 54, a half mile south of Highway HH and five miles north of Qulin. The crash happened as a 2012 Ford F350 Van, driven by a 60 year old male from Qulin was northbound and ran off the roadway and overturned. The vehicle then struck a tree and ejected the driver. The driver was airlifted to Arkansas Methodist in Paragould but was pronounced there at 8:44am.
