The MSHP responded to a two vehicle accident in Dunklin County that resulted in one fatality and serious injuries for two other individuals. The crash occurred at 1:13pm yesterday afternoon on US 412 in Senath as a 2012 Toyota Scion TC, driven by a 37 year old male from Memphis, Tennessee, crossed the center of the roadway and struck a 2023 Buick Envision head on.
The driver of the Scion and a 32 year old female occupant from Jonesboro were air lifted to Region One Medical Center in Memphis. The driver of the Envision, a 59 year old female from Cardwell, was pronounced at the scene by Dunklin County Coroner James Powell at 1:26pm.
This is Troop E fatality #1 for 2026.
