The Kennett Board of Public Works is pleased to announce the Transfer Station is now open to the Public, effective today. The transfer station will accept a wide variety of items including household debris, bulk waste and other approved items.
The Transfer Station is located at 18612 County Road 508 and the hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm. For a full list of acceptable materials, fees and other information, visit their website at kbpw.net/sanitation.
