St. Bernards Healthcare and Mississippi County Hospital System have announced an agreement for St. Benards to manage Great River Medical Center in Blytheville and South Mississippi County (SMC) Regional Medical Center in Osceola. The new management agreement will take effect in January 2026.
Under the agreement, patients at Mississippi County Hospitals will have access to St. Bernards Healthcare’s network of specialists. In addition to expanded access, focus will be on improving and expanding local healthcare services and provide more local care for residents. Other areas of focus will be improved access to care, tech updgrades, workforce and service expansion and facility investments.
