On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 12:15pm, the MSHP responded to a two vehicle accident in Dunklin County on US 412, two miles west of Senath. The crash occurred when a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox, driven by a 25 year old female from Kennett, crossed the center of the roadway and struck a 2013 Chrysler 300, driven by an 18 year old female from Senath.
The driver of the Equinox and a 71 year old occupant of the Chrysler 300 both sustained serious injuries and were air lifted to Region One Health in Memphis.
