On Sunday, August 10th at 12:19pm, the MSHP worked a fatal two vehicle crash in New Madrid County, on US 61 in Marston. The crash occurred as a 64 year old man from Marston was riding a Lift Electric Bicycle, failed to yield and pulled into the path of a 2004 Ford F350, driven by a 38 year old man from Portageville. The 64 year old operator of the bicycle was pronounced at the scene by New Madrid County Coroner George Delisle. This is Troop E fatality number 36 for 2025.
