
On Sunday, a deadly crash in Mississippi County, Arkansas, involving a semi-truck and a personal vehicle, took the life of a Blytheville woman. According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash occurred at 3:48 p.m. at mile marker 28 on Interstate 55, near Joiner. According to the preliminary fatal crash summary, the Blytheville woman was northbound when her 2016 Honda CR-V struck the rear of a northbound 2019 Volvo semi-truck that was stopped in traffic. The truck driver was not injured but unfortunately, the female driver was killed in the crash.
