A Portageville man, charged with first degree murder, was arraigned yesterday in New Madrid County. 18 year old Trey Sutton is charged also with armed criminal action in the shooting death of David Chamberlain – also of Portageville.
Sutton pleaded not guilty and will be back in court Monday.
