A Blytheville man charged in a shooting and robbery at Car-Macs in south Pemiscot County early Monday will be arraigned today in Caruthersville. 36 year old Remington Tobar faces several charges: first degree robbery, two counts of armed criminal action, first degree assault, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Tobar and an unnamed woman allegedly argued with a clerk when they found out they couldn’t buy alcohol, leading to the shooting.
Tobar is held without bond.
