A Wayne County man was arrested in Butler County by the MSHP last night. Charges against 28 year old Michael Hemphill include felony unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Butler County Jail.
