The Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the University of Missouri St. Louis Addiction Service Team, has received Narcan kits to support the community in the fight against opioid overdoses. According to a social media post, these kits are being provided to all deputies and jail staff, as well as officers from Campbell, Clarkton, Senath, Hornersville, and Cardwell Police Departments.
In addition to equipping officers with Narcan kits, the department is also providing take-home kits to give out to individuals who may be at risk of opioid overdose.
If you or someone you know is struggling with addiction and at risk of overdose, come to the Sheriff’s Office. They have a limited supply of extra Narcan kits available.
