Dunklin County’s new sheriff has been on the job for almost three months. Sheriff Nick Darter says it’s been busy since day-one, but it’s so-far-so-good. Besides a lot more ground to cover, Darter says the difference between a local PD and the Sheriff’s Department is the civil side of the job.
