A Parma man has been arrested for burglary. According to New Madrid County Sheriff Joey Higgerson, Telvin Hill was arrested for an alleged home burglary that happened January 2.
At the time of his arrest, Hill allegedly had several items of stolen jewelry in his possession. During the investigation, authorities found more stolen items from a second burglary. Higgerson reports that during that burglary, Hill allegedly entered the house through an unlocked window while the victim was asleep.
