Every year around April 26 Misty’s Mission holds a big event in Senath. Christy Chandler says that was her daughter’s birthday, and the organization formed after Misty Edmonston’s death from breast cancer celebrates her legacy by raising money to help those who face that disease. There will be a wiffle ball tournament at the park and much more.
The event starts at 10 a.m. Saturday at Douglass Park.
