Three People Now Charged in Caruthersville Shooting

Three people have now been arrested in connection to a March shooting in Caruthersville that left one person dead. According to a news release, 28 year old Jeremy L. Grant of Caruthersville turned himself in last week.

Grant and 27 year old Gary Gale, also of Caruthersville, are charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of 24 year old Myreon Carter, who was killed March 4.

26 year old Antonio D. Rodgers Jr. of Caruthersville was charged with accessory-first degree murder; he was located in Houston, arrested there, and extradited back to Missouri.

A preliminary hearing for Gale is set for April 23. Rodgers will be arraigned Monday. Grant also will appear in court Monday.
