A Trumann woman was killed in a head-on crash Monday afternoon on State Highway 463 near the I-555 South exit ramp in Craighead County. The Arkansas State Police reports that 62 year old Brenda Branch died when the vehicle she was driving crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven by 70 year old Troy Helms, also of Trumann.
Helms was taken to a Jonesboro hospital, following the 2 p.m. accident.
