A Missouri Lottery player in Pemiscot County uncovered the first of six $100,000 top prizes on a “Money Rush” Scratchers ticket he purchased at Flash Market in Steele. The winner claimed his prize in the Lottery’s St. Louis regional office on Oct. 23.
According to Missouri Lottery, in FY23, players in Pemiscot County won more than $5.7 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $587,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $93,000 in Lottery proceeds went to educational programs in the county.
