One person was hurt in a two vehicle traffic accident on Route D west of Caruthersville Thursday night. The Highway Patrol says the accident happened when a car driven by 41 year old James Wilson of Caruthersville struck the rear of a car driven by 20 year old Lauryn Murphy of Cooter.
Murphy was taken to Pemiscot Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The accident happened around 7:30 p.m.
