AAA projects more than 42 million people will travel 50 miles or more from home this Memorial Day weekend. They’ll find lower prices at the gas pump than last year.
While the national average for a gallon of gas is more than a buck lower than last year, it’s still high at $3.57. In Missouri, it’s $3.22 a gallon; Arkansas’ average is $3.12, and in Tennessee the average price is $3.19.
