A Holcomb man is dead following a Wednesday morning crash on US 412 at Route NN east of Kennett. The MSHP identified the victim as 57 year old Kevin Nelson. He died when his east bound Peterbilt was struck by an International, driven by 50 year old Shane Hillhouse of Kennett, that failed to yield.
Hillhouse was taken to Pemiscot Memorial Hospital with moderate injuries.
27 people have now died on southeast Missouri highways this year.
