There’s an organization in Pemiscot County that provides a multitude of services to local residents. The programs of Pemiscot Initiative Network are grant funded, according to PIN spokesperson Mabeline Woods.
One of the programs through PIN is for young mothers, 26 years old and younger, who are pregnant or already parenting. It’s called Skill-Up.
