Two very small earthquakes were reported minutes apart Sunday afternoon. According to the University of Memphis Center for Earthquake Research, the first happened just after 5 p.m. It measured a 1.3 and was centered southeast of New Madrid.
About 13 minutes later, a 1.0 was recorded NW of Ridgely in West Tennessee.
