The national price for a gallon of gas averages just under $3.50 across the country. According to AAA, that’s the price is a penny less than a week ago. Missouri’s average price is three cents lower at $3.15; Arkansas’ is two cents lower than last week at $3.16, and Tennessee’s average is six cents lower at $3.23.
AAA reports despite rising gas demand and recently elevated oil prices, the growth in total supply has helped to somewhat limit pump price increases.
