Due to a change in the Missouri Sunshine Law, CLGW will no longer be able to provide residential customer’s billing information without personal identification. This includes bill balances, utility usage information, general bill inquiries, and utility bill payment assistance (including DAEOC assistance).

To make a payment on account when the person paying doesn’t know the exact amount due, the person paying must be the account holder or an authorization release must be on file. An alternate option is for the person paying the bill to pay a set dollar amount to be applied to the account.

Customers may sign an authorization form to allow this information to be released to those inquiring that do not have the customer’s personal identification information. Authorization forms are available in the office and can also be sent electronically. Call our Customer Service Representatives with any questions, 888-5366.
