A Minnesota man was arrested by the MSHP Monday night on Missouri warrants. 36 year old Jeremy Smith was arrested in Pemiscot County on a Camden County warrant for financial exploitation of an elderly or disabled person, a warrant out of Laclede County for failure to appear on a deceptive business practice charge, and a Cole County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of passing bad checks.
He’s held in the PCJC on no bond.
