Our region of the world doesn’t fare as well when it comes to life expectancy. A new survey by NiceRX-dot-com ranks Missouri 39th in the country when it comes to longevity, Arkansas and Tennessee are tied at 44th.
The study used numbers from the CDC, and determined that Missourians live just over 75 years, while the life expectancy in the other two states is almost 74 years.
The state where you live longest? That’s Hawaii at 80 years. The lowest? Mississippi at almost 72.
