A Chicago man was killed when the 18-wheeler he was driving on I-55 in Pemiscot County ran off the highway and overturned. The MSHP identified the victim as 29 year old Michael Flores. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Pemiscot County Coroner Jim Brimhall just after midnight Wednesday.
