A long time member of the Kennett Police Department will be laid to rest Monday. Funeral services for 54 year old Lt. Craig Moody will be at 1 p.m. at the McDaniel Funeral Home. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation is Monday starting at 11 a.m.
Lt. Moody died Wednesday night – A graduate of Kennett High School in 1987, he spent 30 years serving the citizens of the city — not only as a police officer but as a member of the Kennett Fire Department and in the city’s property maintenance office.
