MoDOT is holding a community briefing to discuss the environmental study for the Highway 412 project next month. That meeting is set for Thursday, December 8 from 4-6 p.m. at the Senath Hornersville High School Gym.
MoDOT has launched the Environmental Study to plan for future capacity improvements examining the 20-mile section of U.S. 412 extending from Route AC near the Arkansas border to just east of Route Y near Kennett. The Environmental Study will begin the process of collecting data and gathering public input to inform study decisions. Completion of the study is anticipated in late 2023.
All are encouraged to attend the open house community briefing, and visitors can stop by anytime between 4 and 6 p.m.
