It’s Halloween and both the MSHP, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Arkansas State Police urge you to stay safe during trick-or-treating.
They say it’s important for trick-or-treaters to stay visible to drivers and not assume a vehicle can see them. Adults are advised to check candy before it gets eaten. People should use caution with suspicious-looking candy and to stick to treats wrapped in original packaging.
