A Bragg City man was seriously hurt Thursday morning when cargo came loose from an ATV, became entangled in tires, causing the vehicle to overturn. Troop E reports 25 year old Morne Pretorius was taken by Air Ambulance to a Memphis hospital.
The accident happened about 7:40 a.m.
A Springfield woman was hurt yesterday afternoon when she pulled her vehicle into the path of a SUV on MO 164 just east of Steele. The Patrol reports 67 year old Phylis Long received minor injuries and was taken the Pemiscot Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the SUV, 18 year old Amberlyn Shivers of Caruthersville, was not hurt.
That accident happened at 1:50 p.m.
