Late Friday afternoon a Sikeston man was arrested by the MSHP in New Madrid County. 43 year old Desmond Minner was arrested on a felony probation and parole warrant, a felony US Marshall warrant, resisting arrest and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Mississippi County Jail and is held with no bond.
