The MSHP arrested two Poplar Bluff residents yesterday in Stoddard County. Both 20 year old Jaylyn Cochran and 21 year old Jakob Crandell were arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle. Cochran was also arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
They were taken to the Stoddard County Jail, following the noon hour arrests.
