Congratulations to the Kennett Indians softball team. The Lady Indians defeated Malden 12-0 in the finals of the Class 2 District 1 Tournament at Malden Tuesday afternoon. Their next opponent will be either Clearwater or Advance/Bell City, whose District 2 final is today.
The state quarterfinal game is scheduled for Tuesday, May 17.
