The MSHP arrested a Scott City woman late Friday night in Stoddard County. 30 year old Theresa Phillips was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DWI drugs. She was taken to the Stoddard County Sheriff’s Office.
