A Puxico man was arrested yesterday morning by the MSHP in Stoddard County on several warrants. According to an arrest report, 24 year old Seth A. Luttrull was arrested on failure to appear warrants out of Stoddard County on charges of stealing, taking wildlife with a spotlight, and excess window tint. He was also arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Stoddard County Jail.
