The 2021-2022 deer hunting season ended Saturday with the Missouri Department of Conservation reported a preliminary total deer harvest of 293,670. That’s slightly below last season.
According to MDC, 415 deer were harvested in Dunklin County, 147 in Pemiscot County, 310 in New Madrid County; Butler County’s count was 1,375; in Stoddard County the count was 2,149, and Ripley County’s final count was 2,873.
