Due to the large number of students and staff who have tested positive for COVID, the Caruthersville School District will be closed for seated instruction Today, Friday and Tuesday of next week Monday is a school holiday.
During this time, the district will be implementing their AMI plan … Alternative Methods of Instruction Plan.
Teachers will be working in their classrooms and available from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m, and 12:30-p.m. -3:00 p.m. each day. Students may call or e-mail the teacher for assistance. Some teachers may set up assigned times for Zoom or Facetime meetings with the students.
For any questions or concerns regarding specific buildings or teachers, please contact the principal of the building.
All extracurricular activities and practices will be suspended January 13-January 18. Activities will resume upon return January 19.
