The historical marker, unfortunately, didn’t arrive in time for its dedication Saturday, but that didn’t stop a large crowd of friends from gathering to honor Joe Keene and Kennett Sound Studios. A dedication ceremony was held regardless at the marker’s spot.
One who recorded often at Kennett Sound Studios was Narvel Felts.
Moore is hopeful that the marker will arrive in the next month or so.
