A Kennett woman was arrested by the MSHP yesterday afternoon. According to a Troop E arrest report, 35 year old Brittany Holt was arrested about 4:45 p.m. on a felony Dunklin County warrant on a charge of neglect of a child and no seat belt. She was taken to the DCJC.
